Fortress Security store warrants to our customers that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 1 years from the date that the product is purchased by the customer.
To take advantage of this warranty, simply contact us through email or phone, explain the difficulty you are having with the product. If we are unable to address the issue that you are facing, then we will provide you with an RMA number and designate whether your product will be issued a warranty repair or replacement (our choice). Fortress Security store covers the cost of the return shipping of the repaired or replaced merchandise, but we do not cover the cost of initial shipping of the item in question to our location. Fortress Security store does not accept any responsibility for products shipped to us under warranty until the product is accepted at our facility.
Important: We will not be able to process your warranty claim if the RMA number is not included on or inside the packaging.
Fortress Security store does not promise that the products it sells may not be destroyed or circumvented; that the products will prevent any injury, property loss, or crime; or that the products will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Customer understands that a properly installed and maintained alarm may only reduce the risk of a burglary, robbery or other events occurring without notification, but it is not an insurance or a guarantee that such will not occur. Fortress Security store shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or other loss based on a claim the product failed to give warning.
Products purchased from Third Parties or Resellers
Any products purchased from a reseller or a third party are not covered by this warranty. For inquiries regarding a warranty on a system purchased from a third-party, we recommend that you contact the third party or reseller directly.
